Our Planning Director, Jane Pitt has been working with the Town of Rindge since September of 2007.

A preliminary consultation with the Planning Director is strongly suggested to anyone interested in building or developing in the town of Rindge.  To make an appointment with Jane, call 899-5181 ext. 117 or ext. 104.  She will work with all applicants to assist them through the Subdivision and Site Plan process.

Planning Assistant Robyn Payson  has been working with the Town of Rindge since February of 2004, and is also happy to assist the public with questions about the Planning Board Application process, Zoning Ordinances or any other land use concerns.

Please feel free to call the Planning Office with your questions or to schedule an appointment during our office hours which are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 1:00PM.

Planning Board Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month unless otherwise noted.

The first meeting of the month is for Public Hearings and the second, is generally reserved for Planning Board Work Meetings.  Please keep this in mind when submitting your application.

Subdivision Applications for are due at least 21 days prior to the scheduled public hearing.

 Site Plan Applications for are due at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled public hearing.
