Zoning Subcommittee
November 14, 2006

The committee reviewed and commented on the possible revisions to the zoning map for presentation at a public meeting later in December.  Jo Anne will make changes for committee review.  Also discussed was the proposed new district – Gateway  - as a mixed use zone along the 202 corridor (south) and the 119 and 202 intersection.

Once changes are agreed upon, they can be posted on the website for public review and input.

The Committee agreed to meet weekly on Tuesday mornings through the public hearing process.
