CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS

Children's programs:

Movies shown: "Adventures of Tintin" April 25, 2012 at 1 PM (No school day) and "Hugo" May 25, 2012 at 3:15 PM.

The Following Programs Run September through May:

Story Time
Mondays at 10:30 AM and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM. September-May
Story time for 2 to 5 year olds
Wednesdays are repeated programs from Monday Story and craft. 30 minute program.

Home School Program

Second Friday of the Month at 1-3 PM. September-May
Preschool through high school age children
Each  month a different theme, crafts, activities. 120 minute program 

4th & 5th Grade Girls Book & Craft Club
Second Wednesday of the Month at 3:15 PM. September-May
Public School and Home School girls welcome
A book is read and discussed the following month along with a craft
Mother and Daughter Tea in May. 60 minute program

Middle School Age Girls Book & Craft Club
Third Wednesday of the Month at 3:00 PM. September-May
Public School and Home School girls welcome
A book is read and discussed the following month along with a craft
Mother and Daughter Tea in May. 60 minute program

4 & 5 Grade Boys Book Club

Third Friday of the Month at 3:15 PM September-May Public School and Home Schoolers welcome. A book is read and dicussed the following month. Board games.

Middle School Age Boys Book Club

First Friday of the Month at 3:15 PM. September-May. Public School and Home Schoolers welcome. A book is read and discussed the following month. Board games.  

Lego Club for Kids (Boys & Girls!)

Fourth Wednesday of the Month at 3:15 to 4:15 PM. September-May. Public School and Home School kids welcome. Ages 5 and up. Come in and make things with Lego Building Blocks. 60 minute program.

2012 Summer Reading Program

Kick-off Thursday June 21, 2012 at 6:30 PM at the Meeting House, Main St. "Owls of NH" presented by Squam Lake Science Center. Program is for children and adults and is handicapped accessible.

Weekly program starts Monday June 25, 2012 at 10:30 AM or come Thursdays at 6:30 PM. Weekly programs are held in the Children's Room.

This program is for children in Pre-K and just finishing Grade 5. Children will keep track of minutes read for chances to win weekly and grand prizes.

Activites planned Ice Cream Social week of July 16th, Teddy Bear Sleepover Thursday August 2nd, and 

movies shown every Friday at 1 PM.

All minute slips will be due by Monday August 13th, 12 noon for chances for grand prizes.

Finale will be Thursday August 16, 2012 at 6:30 PM at the Meeting House, Main St. "Peter Boie, Magician for Non-Believers." Program is for children and adults and is handicapped accessible.

2012 Young Adult Summer Reading Program

This program is for young adults that have finished Grade 6 through 12. It was a fun program last year and we are working on a Library Murder Mystery kick-off on June 12th and great prizes for this year also. To obtain information call 899-3303.
